Joining Peartree Primary School
Peartree is a one-form entry school, which means that we welcome 30 children into Reception each year. We occasionally have in-year places available.

Admissions Policies and Arrangements
Admissions for Reception starting – September 2027
For children born between 1st September 2022 and 31st August 2023, you will need to apply for a reception place via the Hertfordshire County Council website.
Secondary School Place for September 2027
You will receive an email stating the school you’ve been allocated if you applied online and confirmed your email address. Notification letters will be posted first class only to parents/carers who applied on paper. If you applied online, you can use online facilities including opting out, making a new application and submitting an appeal.
You will need to apply for school places via Hertfordshire County Council.
