At Peartree, we work tirelessly to ensure the needs of all learners are met in every lesson. Staff are well trained on how to make adaptations in class as well as using additional resources so that all are able to progress. Our SENCO and class teachers meet with parents three times a year as part of the “Assess, Plan, Do, Review” process to discuss targets and progress made.

Through professional discussions, we work together to identify needs as soon as possible so that your child is able to succeed. We also work closely with the local authority to make the most of their local offer, which can be found at Hertfordshire local offer. We will discuss any provisions with you first to ensure that you are part of your child’s journey.
